3 different seasonings to give your Totas a unique flavour

Looking to recreate the taste of your favourite chips from your own kitchen? Our traditional-style Totas already taste authentic and delicious, but did you know that they’re ideal for adding an extra kick with different seasonings? In this blog post we show you how you can transform these fries into a real feast of flavours by exploring different seasoning styles – read on and get ready for a culinary journey full of surprises!

Mexican seasoning: a spicy touch

Attention spice lovers! Mexican spices are not only ideal for meat, but also for chips! With Mexican seasoning, you can take your artisan-style Totas to a new level of taste and give every bite a spicy and exotic touch.

Key spices for an authentic Mexican touch:

  • Ground cumin: Adds an earthy, warm flavour.
  • Paprika powder: Adds a smoky, spicy kick.
  • Chilli pepper: Adds a more intense level of heat.
  • Sumac: Adds a tangy flavour.
  • Salt: To enhance and balance all the flavours.

Mix the spices well and add them evenly over the fries so that they soak in well. If you’re a fan of spice, feel free to add a little extra chilli pepper.
