How do we create our snacks?

We are convinced that the combination of a good production process and the use of quality ingredients are the key to always achieving the best results.

EXTRUSION

Ingredients: ccereals- water- sunflower oil- aromas
Elaboration:

Transformation of the grain into semolina or flour.

Pressure and high temperature application by a extruder. Product expansion with shapes.

The product is baked to remove moisture.

The aroma is added.

PELLETS

Ingredients: ccereals- water- HIGH OLEIC sunflower oil- aromas
Elaboration:

Transformation of the grain into semolina or flour.

Mixing ingredients to create a dough.

The product is fried for a certain time and at a certain temperature.

The selected aroma is added.

CHIPS

Ingredients: potatoes- high oleic sunflower oil- aromas
Elaboration:

The potatoes are selected washed, peeled and cut.

Potatos are fried.

The aroma is added.

Those that do not meet the quality standards are eliminated. Then, we pack the best ones.

SNACKS WITH COATING COVERAGE

Ingredients: cereals- water- sunflower oil- cocoa
Elaboration:
